• Fill up the referral form
• Email us your friends details
• Or simply ask them to mention you as the referrer in the form when they visit

We will get in touch with your friend and arrange for a site visit to the property

• Gift vouchers or equivalent worth 1% of agreement value of Referee’s flat will be given, post the completion of deal and registration of Agreement of referee’s flat.
• Discount worth 1% of agreement value at the time of booking to referee, subject to total booking amount paid.
• Taxes as applicable will be deducted from the referral amount.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer.
