The seeds of ‘TRIAA’ were sown by Mr. Shyam Goel in 1988 as a proprietorship firm, ‘Spartan Construction’. The organization flourished under his worthy leadership and with his invaluable experience of over 25 years in the industry. Triaa Housing is today synonymous with excellence in construction and customer centricity and has already built over 1 million square feet of infrastructure to help shape Pune into a city of the future.
