Job Description
- Make available necessary materials required by site in time.
- Continuously Exploring the cost reduction Opportunities to achieve the Net Material.
- Supplier relationship management.
- Ensure timely program deliverables.
- To effectively manage and document all day to day material transactions at site as per requirements.
- To ensure proper storage of all assigned materials.
- Ensure proper site closure by demobilizing balance material.
- To make available necessary materials required by site in time.
- Negotiation Skills, Communication & Presentation Skill.
- Commercial Business acumen
- Able to handle computing equipments & programs, printers/Xerox/Fax, Office automation software like windows, Power point, Excel, Word Skills etc.
Desired Candidate
- Young, energetic candidate with exposure and interest in project & site management.
- Candidate must be open to work under hard condition and pressure.
- Should be fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English.
- Candidate must have a bike to move around for which they will be given extra allowance for petrol and vehicle maintenance in addition to salary.

- Possession supervision (depending on site status).
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Researching prospects and generating lead and accomplishment of Targets.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with utmost customer service.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.etc.
